Key Responsibilities Support the UKG Pro Workforce Management implementation through configuration validation, integrations, and documentation Assist with Pay Rules, Work Rules, and timekeeping validation, ensuring accuracy in payroll-related processes Develop and maintain testing scenarios, document results, and support end-user training and knowledge transfer Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Information Systems, or a related field Minimum three years of experience supporting a Workforce Management or HRIS system Recent hands-on experience with UKG Pro Workforce Management or a comparable platform Experience in supporting workforce management processes, including timekeeping and payroll Experience in creating job aids, SOPs, and process documentation
